These Terms apply to use of the Golf Coach Pro public website, demo materials, contact forms, and sales pages. Customer subscriptions, setup projects, hosting arrangements, or managed service agreements may be governed by a separate written agreement.
1. Use of the website
The Golf Coach Pro website exists for learning about the platform, viewing demo materials, and submitting inquiries. By using the site, you agree not to misuse it: no unauthorized access attempts, no abusive scraping, no interference with the service, and no submission of false or spam information through the contact and demo forms.
2. Demo materials
The site at demo.golfcoachpro.com is a sample / demo coaching website. Its content is for evaluation and illustration. Final customer setup depends on the package selected, content readiness, integrations, hosting, configuration, and any written agreement.
3. Service descriptions
Golf Coach Pro may update service descriptions, pages, pricing, and features over time. Public pages on this website are informational and do not, by themselves, create a binding service agreement.
4. Pricing and separate provider costs
Golf Coach Pro licensing, setup, and configuration fees are separate from hosting, domain, payment processing, email/SMS delivery, APIs, and other third-party provider costs unless a written agreement says otherwise.
- Stripe or other payment processing fees are charged directly by the payment provider.
- Hosting and domain accounts may be customer-owned depending on the agreement in place.

5. Payments and agreements
Paid services, subscriptions, setup projects, managed hosting, or custom work should be governed by an invoice, order form, subscription terms, or written agreement.
Any refund, cancellation, renewal, or support terms should be defined in the applicable written agreement or invoice.
6. Intellectual property
The Golf Coach Pro website, software, demo materials, copy, graphics, and platform concepts are owned by Golf Coach Pro or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the software or demo materials without permission.
7. No guarantee of results
Golf Coach Pro is built to support coaching business operations, booking, presentation, and student workflows. It does not guarantee revenue, search rankings, bookings, or specific business outcomes.
8. Third-party services
The platform or website may link to or rely on third-party providers such as hosting, payment, email, analytics, or integration providers. Golf Coach Pro is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, or terms changes by those providers.
9. Limitation of liability
The website and demo materials are provided for evaluation and informational purposes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Golf Coach Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the public website or demo materials.
