Golf Coach Pro exists because the golf instruction industry deserves better tools. Not another website builder. Not another booking widget. A real platform.
The problem we saw
Every golf coach and academy we talked to was using 4-6 different tools just to run their business. A website builder here. A booking platform there. Spreadsheets for student tracking. A separate app for launch monitor data. Text messages for communication. And nothing talked to anything else.
The result was fragmented operations, poor student experiences, and coaches spending more time on admin than coaching. It was clear that golf instruction needed a unified platform, not more point solutions.
What we built
Golf Coach Pro is a full-stack golf coaching business platform. It handles the public-facing website, online booking, student portals, coach workflow tools, launch monitor integration, performance analytics, tournament management, CRM, and admin operations, all in one system.
We did not build this in a vacuum. Every feature was shaped by working alongside real coaching operations. The structured feedback system came from watching coaches write the same notes over and over. The launch monitor parser was built because coaches were drowning in CSV files. The PGA Tour benchmarks exist because students kept asking “how do I compare?”
Built from real operations
Golf Coach Pro was developed alongside Beltran Golf Academy in San Antonio, Texas, a real coaching operation serving 150+ students with multiple teaching professionals. The platform was not designed from theory or market research alone. It was built by solving real problems for real coaches running real sessions.
That is why the product has the depth it does. 40+ database models. 30+ API endpoints. Student dashboards with 3-stage progressive onboarding. A device-agnostic launch monitor parser that supports TrackMan, FlightScope, Foresight, Garmin, and manual entry. A star potential detection system with age-adjusted benchmarks. This is not a marketing website with a booking form attached.
Where we are going
Golf Coach Pro is now available for licensing to independent coaches, academies, and clubs. We are building the standard platform for how golf instruction businesses operate. Not a template. Not a SaaS commodity. A serious, licensed software product that grows with your business.
